Citizens for Bourbon Co.
Foundation Inc.
Our Initiatives
Our focus is on policy education, community engagement, and research to influence land use decisions at the local and regional levels.

Paris Pike
Corridor Commission Revitalization
Since the reconstruction of Paris Pike is now completed, the Paris Pike Corridor Commission currently reviews various plans and requests for alterations to properties within the proposed historic district of the Corridor in Fayette and Bourbon Counties

Establishing Agricultural Districts
The goals of the Agricultural District Program are to protect our best agricultural land for food and fiber production and to prevent its conversion to nonagricultural usage. A landowner or group of landowners with at least 50 contiguous acres in active agricultural production is eligible to form an agricultural district.

Community Engagement
and Education
By fostering partnerships with stakeholders, including farmers, local leaders, and community groups, CBCF aims to create a more sustainable and resilient future for agriculture and urban development while encouraging urban communities to maintain a sense of pride and shared identify.
